Replacement Policy
- Replacement claims are valid within 10 days of delivery.
- For a wrong or damaged product, contact us by email or WhatsApp with clear pictures/videos.
- Plants: Replacement is available for severely damaged, uprooted, broken, or completely dried/dead plants that cannot recover.
- Planters/Pots: Replacement is available only for visible cracks or major breakage.
- All claims are subject to verification by our team.
Refund Policy
- Refund claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos.
- Damaged replacement plants: Refund available after image verification. Please provide a photo of the plant in the temporary pot.
- Wrong or missing items: Refund available after photo/video verification.
- Empty package: An unboxing video is required to process a refund.
- Damaged or cracked planters: Refund available after photo/video verification.
- Marked delivered but not received: Refund may be processed after courier verification. The issue must be reported within 7 days.
- RTO orders: Refunds for customer-fault RTO (wrong address, unavailability, refusal, etc.) will be processed after deduction of applicable shipping/handling charges.
- Prepaid & partially paid orders: Only reshipment is available; no refund.
- Plant replacements are sent in temporary pots only.
